TRAINING COURSES
Asana clinics will be held on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, while meditation and pranayama session will be conducted on Fridays, followed by philosophy and anatomy lectures. For the individual with working commitments, we can record the Friday sessions for you and you will need to complete them in your own time.

Do note that there will be reading assignments and homework handed out each week. At the end of the course, you will need to pass both a theory and practical examination before graduation.

Our 10-week yoga teacher training courses are accredited with the Yoga Alliance USA and we have specially designed the course to support and accommodate different levels and needs.

Our trainings are specially designed for the working individual who is still interested in taking their practice to another level. Over 10-weeks, course trainees will learn about the history and philosophy of yoga and attend asana clinics which will teach and refine your own alignment.

Our all inclusive intensive yoga teacher training courses are accredited with the Yoga Alliance USA and we have specially designed each course to support and accommodate different levels and needs.

We believe that being close to nature, consuming wholesome food, together with a well-rounded routine will transform you completely. Our courses are limited to 6 people per training to ensure that each individual receives enough support and one-on-one guidance throughout the course.
